We are looking for a STRATEGIC PLANNER

The strategic planner is the architect of great advertising. He/She does this by defining strategies, directions, tactics and control mechanisms for client objectives and consumer relevancy

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Get all the needed information from the clients in terms of objectives, KPI’s in collaboration with accounts.
  • Translate the clients briefing in a first strategic internal briefing.
  • Gather relevant information, market analysis, competitor analysis, media analysis, target analysis, KPI analysis, set out strategic lines, help prepare internal (creative, media, …) briefing.
  • Define strategic insights, translate insights to client situation, write a strategic plan, confirm KPI definition, define market impact to be able to make an award case.
  • Follow up on implementation of strategy, prepare data collection with internal specialists, modify strategy if needed based on internal roll out feedback.
  • Present strategic plan to client, follow up external roll out to validate strategy and innovation, make sure all necessary data is collected, make a final strategic analysis of the project.
  • Leading workshops concerning branding, user journeys, personas, positioning, content, community, etc,.
 
SKILLS
  • A proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client.
  •  A good knowledge of the media and how strategy planning influences it.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
  •  The ability to make complex subjects understandable.
  •  The drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work.
  •  The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance your workload.
