Key Responsibilities

  • SAAS Product Launch Plan: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for the successful launch of our SAAS product into the market, ensuring a strong market presence and visibility. 
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Create and implement lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential customers interested in our SAAS solution. This may include content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, and more. 
  • CRM Management: Oversee our CRM system to maintain accurate customer and prospect data, segmentation, and improve the customer journey.
  •  Marketing Automation: Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to engage leads and customers effectively. Personalize communication and automate marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention. 
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content, such as blog posts, whitepapers and videos, that resonates with our target audience. 
  • Performance Analytics: Regularly analyze and report on marketing campaigns’ performance and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize lead generation and customer engagement. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across the organization. 
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the maximum ROI for marketing initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, with ideally a track record of successfully launching SAAS products and generating leads. 
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. 
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. 
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English – French and/or Dutch being a plus. 
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying current with industry trends.
