Client Sales Manager

As a Client Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with clients in the retail and CPG industry. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.

 

Your responsibilities :

  • Be in charge of specific portfolio (advertisers or agencies)
  • Identify and target potential clients in the CPG industry, including national and regional brands and advertising agencies.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Understand clients' marketing objectives, challenges, and pain points, and provide tailored digital advertising solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the features, benefits, and advantages of our technology platform.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the agency.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the senior management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital advertising, including emerging technologies, platforms, and best practices

 

Internal and external relationships

Internal:

  • ADV: coordination of invoicing and collection
  • Marketing: Preparation of appointments, collaboration on insights and measurement of campaigns
  • Operations: Monitoring the smooth running of the campaigns sold

 

External: Advertisers or agencies

 

Preferred profile :

  • Bachelor in marketing or digital marketing
  • 3-5 years of experience on relevant jobs
  • Previous experience in digital advertising is always a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Must be able to follow deadlines and rigorous processes
  • Being able to adapt to dynamic and ever-changing environments
