THINK BBDO IS RECRUTING A STRATEGIC BRAND CONSULTANT
Think BBDO is a specialised department of BBDO, the largest advertising group in Belgium, dedicated to strategic brand consulting. Clients come from a wide variety of sectors, ranging from FMCG to services, technology and industry, to governments and NGOs. These are organisations that see change as a challenge.
Consult and assist brands and organisations in their brand positioning and strategic communication. Draw up a unique, differentiating and sustainable branding and positioning based on analysis and research, and then make the leap from strategy to a coherent and appealing marketing and communication plan and put that in campaign practice.
Develop and lead processes that can rely on large internal support and external recruitment.
What we expect from you as a Strategic Brand Consultant:
- University degree, or equivalent through ongoing training/experience, with a strong base in strategic communication and brand management
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience: research firm, communication agency, brand consultancy or advertiser (profit, not for profit, public)
- You have proven strong relationship skills (at level of CEO, CMO, director corporate communication, management committee, board of directors)
- Able to deliver results
- Strong analytic ability
- Synthetic ability (strategy development, brand positioning and brand architecture)
- Marketing and communication planning and campaigning (goals, message development, marketing and communication planning and implementation)
- Well-presented and strong presentation skills
- Flexible and high tolerance to stress
- Trilingual: Dutch, French, English
