Job Description Summary:

The Market and Insights Advisor is responsible for delivering Mx Intelligence – diving into cultural context, broad competitive set, a robust understanding of the right consumer, and each brand’s greatest assets to find the right consumer for growth to help solve client business needs. In this function, you work within the Intelligence team and report to the Chief Intelligence Officer.

We are looking for an individual with expertise in consumer knowledge, custom research design and project management, as well as the ability to leverage data and platforms to help tell our story of connecting clients with their target audience – in the context of where they are and through the content they pay attention to.

Main Responsibilities

As part of the Mx process, provide intelligence to help better understand cultural trends, the competitive landscape, target audiences, and the brand ecosystem

Collaborate with other insights, audience, strategy, and planning professionals to identify opportunity audiences for future growth, leveraging a range of proprietary and partner resources, including Havas Media’s identity-based audience platform Converged, as well as syndicated survey data, social listening, and primary research

Formulate powerful presentations highlighting results to provide strong insights and achievable conclusions

Experience with managing market research offerings, solutions, and studies internally and to clients with the goal to sell in client projects and successfully deliver work product

Ensure that data, research resources, and insights are effectively deployed across client business and for prospect pitches

Ability to build relationships, establish confidence and influence clients and colleagues at all levels of the organization

Contribute to the development and publication of thought leadership pieces that provide internal and external clients with a POV on Mx

Key Competencies (Qualifications/Experience)

5+ years of client-facing business experience in media agency, consumer research, marketing research, or media/advertising technology fields (agency or non-agency)

Naturally inquisitive, having the ability to go beyond tried and true approaches and sources of information to identify the best, most compelling and insightful sources of information to help fuel client strategies, plans, and tactics

Demonstrated ability as a data-driven storyteller with the ability to collaborate and engage cross-functional teams

Fluent in analyzing a broad range and large volume of data and research, and an expert in articulating into tangible insights

Experience with a range of methodological approaches for consumer, media, and brand insights

Strong presentation skills and comfort level;

Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines
