Our Media Measurement department delivers robust and independent metrics on audio and video. Our core business is helping media companies by providing them with the right data analysis software tools for audience analysis. We provide such software solutions successfully for tv (Yumi), radio (RadioReporter, RadioProbe) and internet analysis (Probe), based on the official media currency data from CIM.

In this team we are looking for an enthusiast colleague as Senior Media Software expert:

  • You build and maintain excellent relationships with the clients of our software products and follow-up on their issues and questions
  • You train end-users (media agencies and broadcasters such as DPG Media, VRT, RTL etc …) to use our media software and assist them in the data analysis
  • You are the liaison between our users and the software developers who are located abroad
  • You report to our media measurement Commercial Director
  • You perform analyses and checks on audience data (TV & Radio) in Belgium

Your profile
  • Bachelor (Master) degree, with a strong interest in software for audience data analysis
  • You are already working in the Media sector as a strategic planner or audience analysis expert, with software tools such as Yumi, Arianna, AdvantEdge
  • You preferably have a solid experience in client facing role but also expert support function for these tools
  • Some IT affinity is welcome: you are not afraid of words as ftp server, installation, virtual machine, configuration files, …
  • You are not afraid of numbers and feel at ease working with expert software packages
  • Commercially gifted, allowing to strengthen and build relations with existing and new clients
  • You are a real problem solver and love to work in a small team
  • Very good communication skills both orally and in written in English and of course Dutch & French
