We are looking for an Account Manager to service the growing portfolio of A-class clients, such as Lampiris, Fever-Tree, Testaankoop, Mazda, Vanden Borre, BNPPF, Demeyere and many others. A person that builds connections with new clients and maintains strong relationships with existing ones. With a commercial feeling that allows him/her to see and grab opportunities when they arise.

A handraiser too, a person that radiates energy & shows ownership, and a coach in the development of colleagues. Someone that breathes our company philosophy and who searches and welcomes the opinion of experts. A person that can inspire his/her colleagues to keep moving as a team and who wants to help the company grow and shape its future. But most of all, someone that wants to help the clients excel and brings their voice to the agency table.

But wait a minute .. AdSomeNoise .. aren’t you .. Yup, you might know us as a digital production agency (a very good one too if we might add). And although we still have a performant production team and technology is an undeniable part of our DNA, we now offer our clients services that they expect from a creative agency, with a digital twist. The AM we’re looking for is someone who feels comfortable in such an agency. We expect you to bring splendid account management skills to the table. We don’t care if you lack digital skills, we’ll teach you, as long as you’re open to this of course.


Job description:


  • At least 2 years of experience working as an account within an advertising agency, or similar in another communication function.
  • Trilingual (NL-FR-ENG)
  • A hands-on and no-nonsense mentality to push campaigns and projects to a higher level
  • A drive to execute the work in the best-possible way and the brains to see pitfalls and opportunities
  • Strong communication skills that allow you to make a difference, both internally within the agency (you get things done) as externally at clients (clients trust and/or love you)
  • A teamplayer. Someone that is ‘we’-oriented, not ‘me’-oriented
  • A good sense of humour and a way to see things in perspective
  • Play as hard as you work :-)
