Your new position

  • Product Offering Management: select applicable offering, define frame for market standards and product packaging. Analyze take rates and rationalize offering.
  • Create sales support and information materials for the marketing and sales department (Product Information News Letter, Marketing Bulletins)
  • Leadership in the launch process, define key messaging, positioning (4P) of the new product, coordinate marketing actions (communication, training, pricing). Manages phase in and phase out of products.
  • Drive development of and develop material for product launches (press releases, brochures, launch materials, customer presentations, videos and sales training materials).
  • Maximizing sales and profitability throughout product lifecycle: follow Key Performance Indicators, identify potential for growth and define action plans.
  • Identify market trends, define a market roadmap and negotiate the product roadmap for the Region with comprehensive business cases.
  • Monitor closely competition and provide information on key features, new products and collected price information.
  • Highlight product gaps and quantify business impact/potential (niche or large segment, low or high customer priority, low or high marginality).
  • Evaluation and interpretation of customer feedback, customer satisfaction reports and research results
  • Drive and solve customer satisfaction issues. Help with special orders and ordering issues.
What makes you the ideal candidate? Education
  • Agricultural/Technical/Marketing/Business & Economics background with significant experience in the Ag Business
  • Language(s): English, fluent both spoken and written
  • Additional European language is an advantage
